Overview

These terms govern your use of pippiandbloom.com and every order you place on it. The site is operated by Bloom Brands, LLC, doing business as Pippi and Bloom, of South Jordan, Utah 84095 (“we” and “us”). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

Products & cosmetic claims

Our products are cosmetics for external use: cuticle oil and an all-over balm that soften, condition, and protect skin. Statements on this site describe cosmetic benefits. They are not medical claims, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Read the label before use. Every product is for external use only; avoid contact with eyes; stop using it if irritation occurs; keep out of reach of children. Our formulas contain lanolin (wool-derived) and the balm contains beeswax; if you have a known allergy to either, check the ingredient list on the product page first. If you have sensitive skin, try a small amount on the inside of your wrist before regular use.

Orders & payment

• We ship within the United States. Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout from your shipping address.
• Payment is taken when you place the order and is processed by WooPayments. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
• Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it and send the shipping confirmation. We may cancel or refuse an order before then, for example if an item is out of stock, a price or description was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.
• Promotional codes have the terms stated when they are issued and cannot be combined unless we say so.
• Shipping options, rates, and the 30-day guarantee are on the Shipping & returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Your account

You can order as a guest or create an account. If you create one, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for orders placed through your account.

Reviews & things you send us

If you leave a review or send us a photo, a message, or a suggestion, you give us permission to use it on the site and in our materials, with your first name and last initial, and to edit it for length. Reviews must be your own honest experience of the product. We remove reviews that are abusive, off topic, or not about a purchase.

Intellectual property

The Pippi and Bloom name, the pippi + bloom wordmark, “Made on Merit,” the product names, and every photograph, illustration, video, and piece of writing on this site belong to Bloom Brands, LLC or are used with permission. You may share links to the site and quote short passages with credit. Copying pages, images, or copy for commercial use needs our written permission first.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to do anything unlawful, to place fraudulent orders, to scrape or copy the catalog, to interfere with the site’s security or operation, or to send spam. We may block access for anyone who does.

Wholesale accounts

This section applies to orders placed through an approved wholesale account. The rest of these terms apply to those orders too, except where this section says otherwise. If your business has a separate written agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence over these terms where the two differ.

• Accounts. Wholesale accounts are for salons, nail technicians, and shops, and we review each application by hand. We may decline an application or close an account at our discretion. You are responsible for every order placed through your account.
• Prices and minimums. Wholesale prices show when you are signed in to an approved account. Prices and order minimums can change; the ones shown at checkout when you place the order are the ones that apply.
• Payment. Wholesale orders are paid by card at checkout, unless we have agreed other payment terms with your account in writing.
• Shipping. Every wholesale order pays shipping, at the rates shown at checkout or the rates agreed for your account. Retail offers, such as free shipping, do not apply unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Sales tax. We charge sales tax unless we have approved a valid resale certificate for your account. Keep your certificate current and tell us if it expires or is withdrawn. If an exemption turns out not to be valid, the tax is yours to pay.
• Station stock. Station stock is sold to salon accounts for use in services and by staff, not for resale.
• Where you sell. Products bought at wholesale are for sale in person, in your salon or shop. Selling them on a website, a marketplace, or through another retailer needs our written permission first.
• Advertised price. The retail price on pippiandbloom.com is the minimum advertised price. You may sell for less, but do not advertise, post, or display a lower price.
• No returns. Wholesale orders are final sale. The 30-day guarantee does not apply to them.
• Damage and errors. Check each shipment on delivery. Report damage, and wrong or missing items, within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos. We will work with you to put it right, with a replacement, a credit, or a refund for the affected items.
• Referrals. Wholesale is not a commission program: you earn on the difference between the wholesale and retail price. Commission is paid only through our referral program, under its own terms, and not on wholesale orders.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided as they are. We work to keep product descriptions, prices, and availability accurate, but we do not promise the site will be free of errors or interruptions. Beyond the 30-day guarantee and any rights the law gives you that cannot be excluded, we make no other warranties, express or implied, about the products or the site.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with an order or your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Indemnity

If your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be settled between us will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here takes away consumer rights that the law of your home state gives you and does not let you waive.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one in force; changes apply to orders placed after they are posted.
